The result of the move request was: page moved as proposed. I think consensus was clear to move, the question is what was the best name. If the lower case 's' is important it can be moved there. but give this a try. Also, porn star redirects to pornographic film actor. Vegaswikian (talk) 01:01, 19 December 2011 (UTC)
Porn Star → Porn Star (disambiguation) – I propose that the clear primary topic for "Porn Star" is Pornographic film actor; and that the current page should be moved to Porn Star (disambiguation) to make way for a redirect to the primary topic. Note that none of the disambig links is an exact match. bd2412 T 19:38, 11 December 2011 (UTC)
- Comment I'd like to see Pornographic film actor moved to Porn star (note lower case). This may be what the nom intends, but it is not exactly what's being proposed. Kauffner (talk) 07:12, 12 December 2011 (UTC)
- I think Pornographic film actor is fine where it is - all porn stars are pornographic film actors, but not everyone who acts in a pornographic film is a porn star. However, I think the actor is the primary meaning of the term, porn star, in whatever way it is capitalized. bd2412 T 16:24, 12 December 2011 (UTC)
- Support, although I think Porn star (disambiguation) would be a better target. Porn star should redirect to Pornographic film actor, but I'm not sure about the best targets for Pornstar (note Pornstar (Amy Meredith song)) or Porn Stars (note Porn Stars (album)). - Support alternate move per TimBentley. – Pnm (talk) 22:50, 18 December 2011 (UTC)
- We will end up with the same problem, a constant stream of incoming links clearly intended for Pornographic film actor. A Porn Star is a Porn star is a porn star, and there is no primary meaning for the term other than the film actor usage. Is there any question that the songs and albums by this name are intended to reference the film actor meaning? bd2412 T 00:32, 19 December 2011 (UTC)
