Merger of pork loin roast into this article
[edit]- Support merger - Perhaps pork loin roast merits a section, but not a stand-alone article. Pdcook (talk) 23:05, 10 November 2009 (UTC) Make sure you cook it at 200 degrees if you use the oven and flip it.
Looking for the Spanish term for cured pork loin?
[edit]I know pork loin is Lomo de cerdo in Spanish, however I see no reference to cured pork loin in the Spanish language wiki. Bacon refers to the fattier cuts, so that is no help to me. Having looked in several butchers in Spain, I can't identify this product. Does anyone know what the Spanish term for it would be (if such a thing even exists in Spain)? --79.140.218.112 (talk) 18:35, 19 July 2010 (UTC)
- The term "Curado" exists. But probably you are looking for "lomo de cerdo adobado"? 95.18.14.199 (talk) 05:40, 22 February 2012 (UTC)
