The article doesn't meet the requirements

Poopak NikTalab isn't famous. her article has been deleted many times in Persian Wikipedia and its creator has been banned. This user Sepidnoor who make this article, banned in persian Wikipedia because of promote Poopak NikTalab as a famous person. Saranami2020 (talk) 12:21, 20 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
