Case citation
[edit]Can someone please provide a case citation for this case? Does anyone know where to find it? --Eastlaw (talk) 08:33, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
- I know that Isaac Blackford wrote the majority onion and it is recorded in his 8 volumes of indiana supreme court decisions that was first published by Indiana University around 1850, but I don't have access to those books. Charles Edward 13:15, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
Merge with Polly Strong
[edit]I started the Polly Strong case before I found this article. It seems like it would be best to merge the information from this article into the biography, because there is some biographical information - and also duplication of much of the information. I intent to break the Circuit Court and Supreme Court case into two sections -- and then have redirects to the applicable section.
I am going to start, based on the Be Bold principal... please say so here. We can always switch it back.–CaroleHenson (talk) 22:00, 19 February 2022 (UTC)
