[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Politics of New York City. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20130228095348/http://www.elections.ny.gov:80/NYSBOE/enrollment/county/county_nov12.pdf to http://www.elections.ny.gov/NYSBOE/enrollment/county/county_nov12.pdf
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

Imbalance of Payments
[edit]It is so tiresome to read about what a great job NYC does for the rest of America, eg, it pays more in taxes than it collects in benefits (as if NYC doesn't benefit from national defense). The city is a beneficiary of all those it taxes who do not live there via its tax on anyone who may work there, however tangentially. Moreover, much of the tax NYC hands over to the federal government reflects profits earned by servicing (some may say exploiting) other parts of the country. Do you really believe all the moguls who are taxed by NYC because their headquarters are on Park Ave or Wall Street make a living solely by exploiting New Yorkers? 2600:8800:4684:BD00:414A:3362:8BD6:B4E0 (talk) 16:44, 19 April 2024 (UTC)
