Definition in lede
[edit]I have reverted this edit by anonymous user (2601:409:8400:f943:75c1:6400:7b:2496). The edit description says that the edit corrected a "Grammatical error", but it in fact re-wrote the first sentence of the lede. This new definition appears wrong. A scandal does not require illegal conduct, nor "conspiracies". In any event, I expect it would be helpful for changes of these type to be discussed here.--Darryl Kerrigan (talk) 22:54, 26 August 2019 (UTC)
