List

[edit]

The list order was changed a while ago, with the edit summary
"put thomas muir to top. he was the most important of the five"
I’ve changed it back to the way it was; I can’t remember now what the rationale was for the list, whether it was alpahabetical (in which case theres a mistake in it) or if it reflects the order on the monument itself.
But either of those would be better rationales for the order here than a subjective opinion on who was the most important.
Thoughts? Swanny18 (talk) 19:59, 26 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This has the order as seen on the monument, so it seemed best to go with that...Swanny18 (talk) 22:16, 27 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"Scottish Martyrs to Liberty"

[edit]

This expression appears to be a Wiki neologism, which is advised against by the WP:NOTNEO guidelines. I am removing it until some decent sources can be found for this. --Breadandcheese (talk) 15:26, 24 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
