Evesham / Chipping Campden origins
[edit]Just to clarify - plum wine is mostly from the Vale of Evesham, as a search of old books will show (mainly because that's where most of the plum orchards were). The references to it being from Warwickshire all look to be based on one online recipe - the source itself even stated that the recipe/s came from Evesham and Bretforton (both Worcestershire) - and the one book reference to a Warwickshire provenance postdates the online reference. The other reference mentions Gloucestershire, and Chipping Campden specifically. I've tried to alter the article to reflect this.Svejk74 (talk) 14:57, 1 September 2012 (UTC)
