I've just removed the following statement from the article: "Average sales are approximately $700 per square foot" The reason being that it doesn't list the time frame. If anyone finds out feel free to put it back in the article.Nnfolz 19:20, 14 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Biggest shopping center in the Caribbean

[edit]

It's also the 2nd biggest in Latin America after one in Sao Paulo

Size

[edit]

According to the infobox, the mall is 2,228,000 square feet in size. This figure has no citation to go with it. According to the mall's website, they have 1.8 million square feet [1]. Can anyone explain this difference and provide a citation for the larger figure? Thanks, --Hammersoft (talk) 14:07, 3 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Hammersoft: I found this. (a fleeting snippet view) It says 1.3 million square feet. So if you want to update, feel free or I'll try. What do you think?[1]--The Eloquent Peasant (talk) 14:18, 3 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Then a more recent ref will be needed. I'll try to see what I can find. I have a subscription to El Nuevo Dia.. maybe they've mentioned it.--The Eloquent Peasant (talk) 14:34, 3 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Hammersoft: This infogram was linked to this year's article on Christmas Sales in P.R. in the newspaper El Nuevo Día- says 1.9 million square feet. What do you think?--The Eloquent Peasant (talk) 14:42, 3 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • I have only the slightest understanding of Spanish, but without using a translation tool it appears the infogram is available on the article, but behind a paywall. Unfortunate, but not unusable per WP:PAYWALL. I'd make the change, citing both as sources. --Hammersoft (talk) 15:02, 3 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Done Thank you. There's always something to do on Wikipedia. Happy New Year.. :) --The Eloquent Peasant (talk) 16:37, 3 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
