Comment

[edit]

I'm just wondering where people are getting the sales figures from. They're hilarious, if true. --User:Seizure Salad 23:02 January 6 2006 (UTC)

OOoooweee I can't wait for this album to drop. It's gonna be FIRE! --Glaze 18:01, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

i added the album cover, but i might have uploaded it improperly. please fix it if u can.

NPOV

[edit]

The article reads like a press release (it probably is copied from it). Maybe someone can fix it up and add a history of the album and the cancelled tracks. Leeferdude 21:22, 17 September 2006 (UTC) This album is just like the person who sang it, WHITE TRASH!!!!!!! KFed should not be singing it looks like the only thing he is good at is making babies, free loading, and abandoning his family for another.[reply]

The above comment is very true. Someone who is apparently from Federline's camp is removing negative reviews which reflect the majority opinion about the record. Also they insist on maintaining a falsehood that "initial criticism has been mixed at best". This is simply false. Any survey of reviews will show the vast majority are very negative, usually in the single star range. Rolling Stone is typical of major publications which called Playing With Fire in the first line of its review as "reprehensible". Every time this false statement is corrected it reappears. Wikipedia is not a propaganda vehicle for media products that receive disasterous receptions to be spun as being better received than they were.

Dude, relax. You're Playing With Fire.
That was hilarious and terrible. -- Kicking222 17:36, 12 December 2006 (

Kevin Federline

[edit]

(In Nelson from the Simpsons voice): Haha!

WTF?

[edit]

he sold 1 album in 4th week? AWESOME :D

And where did his mom get the $17.95? Selling food stamps?

dude i was the one that bought it, wish i didn't do...really... hey wait just joking man, I think that sell was a typing mistake or something .. what tha flip dudes, I wrote -99 and someone deleted that and wrote .1 that's stupid, i'll erase it now I thought it was funny but I'll erase it inmediatly ... I don't really know the sales for the forth or fifth week so I'll leave it in zero...

Wait a second you admit to buying that record? Doc Strange 14:05, 20 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

disgraceful

[edit]

Fucking poser-Federline. What a disgrace to music.

  • And a disgrace to the world.

Chart Numbers

[edit]

Can someone show proof of the number of copies sold and now apparently returned. i'm really curious where that info came from. if those are true, that's fuct and sad.

I think the statement 'no more copies are being produced' needs a proper citation (although I'm very sure it's true) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 144.36.234.233 (talk) 11:05, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

5000 returned

[edit]

That has to be a joke...but I wouldn't doubt it. That vandalism would be more realistic if it wasn't for the 0.1 stat, but regardless, I think the 5000 returned CDs could be true if his sales take into account how many a store buys(kind of like xbox 360/ps3 sales) and then the store has the option of returning unpurchased CDs(on the two accounts that no one wants it and if they did, it's like 10 cents on amazon.com).

I don't get it... why does everyone hates him i mean im no rapper AT ALL but his music sounds like anything some of the famous rappers rap about. i dont listen to rap music but mostly it sounds like they rap about sex, drugs, violence, and their hometown. so why does everyone hate him. bookworm

Everyone hates him because he is a sleazy talentless poser who impregnates women and then leaves them for the next one who he thinks will advance his "career" or line his pockets.

Who the freak put that pic of hitler?! i would change it but idk how... bookworm

Everyone hates him because he ruined Britney's life! Ever since he started being involved with her Brit started to change (for the worse). Now Miss Spears is an emotional wreck, she even went so mad that she shaved all her hair off, the media follow her constantly even though they knew she had a baby in her arms and was wanting to get away from them (which explains why the baby was on her lap while driving). Why can't celebrities just wait for marriage because most celeb marriages are lucky to last 3 years and end up in divorce, they just jump into things too fast just because "they have the money for it".

Edit Log.

[edit]

Removed the line: "Federline admitted in a rather candid interview that the sheer crappiness of his album was caused by a combination of hastily-consumed big crunches as well as fat rails of blow off of male strippers' anal apertures."

This was the last line of the "Reception" section. It does not contribute to the article, cites no sources, is not worded in Wikipedia's standards of formality, and it's neutrality is quite non-existent.

We may all hate Kfed, but it doesn't mean we have to trash up Wikipedia with this silly, immature vandalism.

Bias

[edit]

This article is still very biased, despite the obvious low quality of the album in question. Words and phrases such as 'whoring' and 'bitter tears' are clearly not impartial nor professional.

U.S. Top Heatseekers

[edit]

did this piece of crap album really reach number 2 in the U.S. Top Heatseekers chart? i doubt it. source? 90.207.158.100 (talk) 21:49, 14 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
