Deletion?
[edit]I don't think there is enough use of the term "platform capitalism" to justify an article. The fact that the article itself is about five sentences long, considering that it supposedly talks about a concept that is currently our lived economic reality also does not help matters.
"Enshittification[[1]]", a word that I believe has more usage and a more expansible definition, is locked within the creator's article instead of being its own explained thing, despite being a similar concept. — Preceding unsigned comment added by G5bestcfb (talk • contribs) 09:28, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
- Too early to discuss deletion. Platform capitalism is not the same as enshittification (it's a superset of enshittification and other terms such as "chokepoint capitalism"). This is a new topic, it's unclear how these terms will relate and ultimately fit together because there still remains a lot of work to be done here, and IMO a fine stub linking to all the related terms is preferable to a Frankenstein-like article merging all these different terms/concepts together when it's still unclear how they should go together.
