Bibliography Needs Improvement

[edit]

Berman (1996) is mentioned in the article but is not in the bibliography. The title of Berman (1996) is "The Position of Molala in Plateau Penutian" and it appeared in IJAL 62, pp. 1-30. The article also says that "other researchers" have pointed out similarities between Plateau Penutian and Maiduan but it doesn't identify the researchers and there is no bibliographical reference. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.212.78.220 (talk) 23:27, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Vocab table—purpose?

[edit]

The table comparing basic vocabulary in Proto-Sahaptian, Klamath, and Molala has no apparent purpose. I'm guessing it's meant to show correspondences between the three languages, to illustrate their family resemblance. But a casual look at the words being presented suggests practically no resemblance at all. Could this info be overhauled somehow, clarified, or removed? — Athelwulf [T]/[C] 06:13, 16 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
