I've been working on the grammar and punctuation. I have a few other suggestions as well. I noticed a lot of wikilinks around dates, like 2008. Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Linking says to avoid linking dates. Also I noticed some sentences had several footnotes. Sometimes 3 footnotes after one phrase. While making citations is necessary and important, you may not need multiple ones for the same statement, especially if it is a general statement without any controversy.
