Settlement Date and County

The history section should mention that Plainfield was settled in 1689 (www.connecticutgenealogy.com/windham/plainfield.htm)and that, apparently, it was then in New London, rather than Hartford, County (Windham incorp from those counties in 1726). 76.102.31.185 (talk) 20:30, 26 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
