Cite needed for "bourgeois society"

These objections have led some critics to deride the modern placemat as an artifact of mid-20th century bourgeois society.[citation needed]

An excellent article on the subject was published sometime back but it is now again replaced by this lousy writup. Wonder who is deleting or replacing the articles on wikipedia.
