This is an odd selection of pizza shops. -- llywrch (talk) 19:02, 2 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

How so? The article focuses on notable establishments (Category:Pizzerias in Portland, Oregon). I welcome your feedback on how the article can be improved, or be bold any make improvements directly! ---Another Believer (Talk) 19:06, 2 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It's odd because (1) there's no justification for inclusion on this list (half the places I've never heard of, & some of those I have I wouldn't say offer noteworthy quality product), & (2) there's no justification for the statement that Portland is known for its pizzas. (I did find one website that claims this, but that website was clearly a puff piece written to advertise a selection of restaurants.) In fact, were I a deletionist I'd nominate this article for deletion on the basis it was original research. Sorry to say that, but despite having lived here several decades, I don't associate Portland with pizzas as one would, say, New York or Chicago. -- llywrch (talk) 21:33, 8 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps you don't associate Portland with pizza, but some people do. ---Another Believer (Talk) 22:42, 8 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Or, in the words of Brooke Jackson-Glidden: "There’s no getting around it now — Portland is one of the country’s great pizza cities, whether you like it or not." ---Another Believer (Talk) 22:41, 9 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
