My first new article, please be gentle. UnclaimedUsername (talk) 01:31, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
- I am, it just need some information to establish the notability. I would be helpful if there were sources that weren't local in nature. Dennis Brown - 2¢ © 01:39, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
- I wasn't claiming that you weren't, I posted that before your info box. Sorry for the confusion. I know a bunch of world leaders made a point of visiting it during the G7 summit, if I can scrounge up an article stating that would that suffice? UnclaimedUsername (talk) 01:42, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
- I'm sure it would. Of course, it isn't about me, it is more of the guideline, WP:CORP. I'm just one person here :) I would rather tag and try to see it get fixed that see someone just speedy delete tag it. Dennis Brown - 2¢ © 01:48, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
- I patrol the new Canada articles from time to time, I spotted this. Well, it was hard to miss. Per WP:GNG and the essay WP:LOCAL, I believe you would have enough reliable sources for the article to survive a AfD, if it comes to that. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 01:42, 21 June 2012 (UTC)
