Friend, you are asking the same question Yinzers asked the entire time this team was in existence.

My understanding is that the teams were assigned to cities where the league hoped to establish fan bases, with the intent that they would move there once interest and funding was secured. 68.202.117.200 (talk) 18:35, 18 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
