Contest speedy deletion: This page is not promotional. Who tagged the article should have seen that the organization is dead since 1991, 23 years earlier. Sources are difficult to find, but they are coming. All the pioneer organizations are notable as per pioneer movement, where you can see links to their relevant articles. The organization was effectively governed the lives of all Albanians aged 6-14 from 1944 to 1991 culturally and academically. The organization was similar to the boyscout movement, but way bigger as it involved some infrastructure (pioneer palaces and pioneer camps), in addition to magazines, as well as was mandatory and affected ALL Albanian children.
