[edit]"released their first song in English ("Love Showdown")"
I believe the correct title is "Love Countdown", which appears on their US release, unless the article is referring to a different song.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.164.118.152 (talk) 09:02, 10 March 2006 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Single14.gif
[edit]Image:Single14.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Which is which
[edit]I forgot which is which. It would be helpful to label the photo. The separate article for the two women doesn't have any picture either. Eregli bob (talk) 14:00, 14 March 2013 (UTC)

– Nine number one hits in Japan makes it clear the Japanese pop duo deserves primary topic rights. Also Pink Lady → Pink Lady (disambiguation). ミラP 20:02, 11 February 2020 (UTC)
- Firm oppose - This band is at best 3rd place in page views behind the medicine and the cocktail. ミラ should consider withdrawing this. -- Netoholic @ 20:40, 11 February 2020 (UTC)
- Strong oppose and the second time at least that Miraclepine has proposed a move without looking at page views before doing so. In ictu oculi (talk) 08:51, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose. No clear primary topic here. -- Necrothesp (talk) 11:11, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose I don't see how anything can lay claim to primary topic here.ZXCVBNM (TALK) 12:47, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose - In the English-speaking world, Pink Lady means more than the duo, unlike in Japan. Also, if anything, perhaps "Pink Lady (band)" should be redirected to "Pink Lady (group)", as "band" implies that they play instruments when they actually don't. - Areaseven (talk) 15:33, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
- I would support move to Pink Lady (duo) as a precise application of WP:SINGERDAB. -- Netoholic @ 14:02, 13 February 2020 (UTC)
- Strong oppose. 16% of the page views is a seriously bad WP:PTOPIC#1 fail. Narky Blert (talk) 12:14, 15 February 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose. The number of hits in Japan is irrelevant to whether the duo is the primary topic; and is particularly irrelevant to whether it is the primary topic among English-language speakers, the audience for enwiki. Netoholic's analysis is spot-on and shows why this page should not be the primary.
- I would support the suggested move to Pink Lady (duo), though; that makes a lot of sense. TJRC (talk) 01:57, 16 February 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose per the above discussion. Page views show that this is not the primary topic. Aoba47 (talk) 22:50, 17 February 2020 (UTC)

Pink Lady (band) → Pink Lady (duo) – The prior RM was declined (I think appropriately), but Netoholic pointed out that the page more properly belongs at Pink Lady (duo), given the guidance at WP:SINGERDAB; both "(band)" and "(duo)" are allowable, but "(duo)" is more precise. I'd be bold and just move it, but in light of the prior discussion, I think it's more appropriate to air the idea first. TJRC (talk) 00:04, 19 February 2020 (UTC)
- Support as uncontroversial move straight out of WP:SINGERDAB. -- Netoholic @ 06:00, 19 February 2020 (UTC)
