I've been looking up the citations, and they are nearly all single-sentence (or even single-phrase) offhand mentions of Ping Lian Yeak. And the citations often have nothing to do with the statements that they are being used to support. I'm cleaning up the article as best I can. --Flopsy Mopsy and Cottonmouth (talk) 05:22, 4 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. The Treffert article has just two sentences about the artist, but it supports the statement that it's being used as a citation for. The other two articles being used as citations are actually about the artist. I removed the statements in this article that weren't actually supported by the citations (those citations either were one or two offhand sentences, or in one case were a single mention of his name in a sentence that wasn't about him, and they didn't actually support the things they were being used to support). --Flopsy Mopsy and Cottonmouth (talk) 05:39, 4 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
