Good overall, but lots of little things...

Infobox

  • Can you include a date range?

Lead

  • The first sentence needs more real world context, before you launch into the plot. Pretend the infobox isn't there, and repeat the date range.
  • Why are you switching the name ordering? Kim Su-jin turns into SuJin Kim. What way does the book credit this individual, and what way do they credit Huh? I think you need more consistency there, and repeat the wikilinks.
Ironically, the book's cover uses one and other reliable sources use the other! Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Korea-related articles says we should used Kim Su-jin whereas the book instead goes with SuJin Kim. Which is a "First name / last name" style for English readers. I switched them to the Manual of Style format. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • "mysterious 'Pig Bride' - a young" you need an em dash.
  • The description of the character should be left as is, but the references to the title in the lead should be italicized, shouldn't they be? Or are italics not standard in English articles about Japanese publications?
  • No matter how well known Melinda is to manhwa fans, 99% of the world will not know her from a random blogger. At least in Reception, you need to mention her outlet, Manga Bookshelf.
Fixed all. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Plot

  • "lost but" --> "lost, but"
  • Is there actually a Park Bride folktale, or does this exist only within Pig Bride?
  • "by food Si-Joon" --> "by food, Si-Joon"
  • "on his sixteenth birthday. On his sixteenth birthday" is repeatitive. Find another wording.
  • "flash-backs" --> "flashbacks"
Fixed. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Does "past life" refer to a previous life, as in how people claim they're Cleopatra's reincarnation, or just events earlier in his life?
From a past life. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • "Later, Doe Doe starts" sentence would be clearer ending... "Si Joon's best friend; the series never officially resolves this plot point."
A minor point. Not needed here at all. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • "The last volume ends with an epilogue, where the authors reveal"...
Tweaked. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Does Korea have its own Secret Service, and is it called that? If so, wikilink to the real organization. Otherwise, if Mu Hwa leads the US Secret Service, clarify that.
The final single page epilogue just says "goes on to head the secret service." Though Presidential Security Service is probably the reference here. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Production

  • Did Huh himself reject the mask designs, or were they rejected by the Haksan editors?
Was left unambiguous. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • I presume you mean "cannot imagine Mu-Yeon wearing any other mask now."?
Fixed. Thanks. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • You italicize Yen Plus' name in one sentence, then don't italicize it the next time.
Fixed. Thanks. 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)

Volume list

  • The I in ISBN is for International, so I know without a doubt that the ISBN numbers should be styled the same way in both columns, even if the publishers didn't style them the same way in their publications.
Fixed. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Reception

  • "manga life" is styled "Manga Life" in the references. Which is it? It should definitively be italicized, if it is lowercase, so people realize it's a name.
Fixed. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Beasi needs her outlet mentioned.
Fixed. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • "Mangacritic criticized" should be "Dacey criticized"
Fixed. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Dacey saying the author must hate girls... can you provide a portion of a direct quote for readers?
The actual reference said that while the last archive merely notes it because Archive.org did not capture the version in which it was then referenced.

Refenences

  • The fact that reference 11 lacks a space after the comma early on makes me think that you didn't use templates like cite news to create these references. Templates really help standardize references, please consider using them.

Passing External links, categories.

Failing due to inactivity. It has promise, but this promise hasn't been addressed with the above cleanup. -- Zanimum (talk) 20:17, 1 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Now that I am online again, I did the fixes @Zanimum:. Sorry for the delay and I fully understand if I need to do a GA2 at this point because of the long gap. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
