The Adress of the Slave devices is not called a mac, but AMA (Active Member Address). The Number of parked devices is defined by the 8bit PMA (Parked Member Address). I propose to change the article a little bit to include this information.
Suggested Merge
[edit]I suggest that this page be merged into either the Bluetooth page or a new Bleutooth networks page with Scatternet as I don't think their is really enough detail to warrent it's own page and its relavnce is limited to Bluetooth. -- Warpedshadow 23:19, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
Broken link
[edit]I could not access the second external link: "Masters and Slaves: Roles in a Bluetooth Piconet". Is it down or am I doing something wrong? --McArrowni (talk) 02:17, 11 October 2008 (UTC) Actually, both links seem to be broken. --McArrowni (talk) 02:23, 11 October 2008 (UTC)
Computer
[edit]Can piconet (or, in general, bluetooth) be used to connect a computer (Windows PC) to the Internet, using Smartphone with Internet connection ? (i.e. [[Nokia 5800])?. Thanks in advance. --Nopetro (talk) 13:13, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
