Criticism?

How can I insert information regarding the criticism of the PANRE component of this exam? I point out the following from the AAPA News Center: http://news-center.aapa.org/recert/ "AAPA Opposes High Stakes Recertification Testing". In what manner can this be included in this article while fully complying with all of the rules of neutral point of view and using reliable sources? Is the AAPA News Center a reliable source?
