Merging this article into Phulkian dynasty

Does not make sense to keep a stand alone article on the hypothetical misl (which itself is disputed), especially since I have not been able to find clean-cut demarcations in time of when the so-called Phulkian Misl ceased to exist and was succeeded by the individual states of Patiala, Jind, Nabha, and the rest. I will merge this article to the "History" section of the Phulkian dynasty article, where it fits into the wider context of the arising of the Phulkian states.
