Moving Thrumshingla National Park to Phrumsengla National Park

On 2 Dec 2014 the Govt of Bhutan issued a notification that as per the government circular, MOAF/DOFPS/2014/207 dated 31 Oct 2014, the name of Thrumshingla National Park is now officially changed to Phrumsengla National Park (ཕྲམ་སེང་རྒྱལ་ཡོང་གླིང་ག) In view of this I'm moving this article to the new name.
