For further information about Phospholipase A2 and the targeting characteristic of its isoenzymes, search for papers by R.M. Kini. his book " Venom Phospholipase A2 Enzymes: Structure, Function and Mechanism " is a weath of info. he is particularly focused on its role in snake venom, but his initial research covers a lot of the pharmacological effects of PLA2 in the body.
