[edit]My sister-in-law came to Tullamore after getting the boat to Dun Laoghaire about September 1980. She said she got on the train at Dun Laoghaire (I think it used to have a spur line that went up to the pier), and that she didn't change trains, so I presume her train used the tunnel.
