Hello. I would like to have the notability template removed from this page (Captain Phineas Banning Blanchard).

Since the original page was created, I've added several cites/references, including several for books with substantive, independent content related to the subject (e.g., profiles).

I've also emphasized what I believe are the notable attributes of the subject in the article, as they may not have been clear before.

Finally, I've reached back out to the individual who placed the notability template on the page and asked for a review. But I have not heard anything back.

So, following Wikipedia guidelines, I'm requesting a review and (hopefully) removal of the template here on the Talk page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
