Is Phimenes flavopictus the same as Phimenes flavopictum?

I am not familiar with insects, but found that the image on the page P. flavopictus mentions P. flavopictum and it is also in the Commons category flavopictum. See also in Wikidata Phimenes flavopictus and Phimenes flavopictum. Wouterhagens (talk) 18:42, 17 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

In the given reference is mentioned “.... hence flavopictus is correct. The form flavopictum is the neuter form of the adjective, hence incorrect in combination with Phimenes.“ Wouterhagens (talk) 12:30, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
