Contested deletion

This file should not be speedy deleted as an obviously non-free file but which is not claimed by the uploader to be fair use, because it was produced and has been provided to me by CCTV America, the company I work for. I am making the page for our lead business anchor Phillip TK Yin and this is the picture he has provided me of himself.
