The fact that he tried to engage in a sexual encounter with someone from Craig's list should not be mentioned in the introduction. It should be moved to a 'Legal Issues' section or something like that by someone who would be better at doing so than I am.

The fact that he co-sponsored a constitutional ban on same-sex marriage and got caught in this situation now defines him. There is little other reason for him to appear in Wikipedia. Sighwitness (talk) 21:25, 12 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
