Calling this article "program management office" is ambiguous. A Program management office is a general term for a partiular department in a company or governmental agency. It is not exclusive of the Philipines National police. Aselman (talk)
I agree to the above comment. The content of this artile should be moved to another article with appropriate title. The article "Program Management Office" should contain a description of the generic PMO (sometimes also abbreviated PgMO to distinguish from Project Management Office).
