Crimes
[edit]Ok PewDiePie has committed no crimes he is just related to them and does not support them in anyway so it needs to be removed MEGamer7399 (talk) 04:06, 25 August 2019 (UTC)
- No, it doesn't, because these events are still related to this competition. 2:54, 21 November 2019 (UTC) Nixinova T / C
The New Zealand Christchurch shooter exclaimed "Subscribe to Pewdiepie" before taking the lives of many innocent civilians. Felix acknowledged this event on twitter with disgust and refused to speak of the issue on his YouTube channel for many months. When he eventually spoke of it he said it caused him much mental pain and turmoil, which he tried to hide from his fans in his videos. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.92.47.70 (talk) 16:57, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
Congratulations Redirect
[edit]Congratulations (PewDiePie, Roomie, Boyinaband and MrBeast song) redirects to this article for some reason. I'm not sure how, but can someone change it and have it redirected to the song's actual article, Congratulations (PewDiePie, Roomie and Boyinaband song)? Thanks in advance. -Melofors (talk) 01:22, 18 November 2019 (UTC)
- Done. Nixinova T / C 02:54, 21 November 2019 (UTC)
5th overtaking
[edit]I'm a bit concerned about the 5th subscriber overtaking on March 18. This has only one reference, a YouTube video with 250 views. Are there any other sources about this event? Also, what is the mentioned "Plan U"? Melofors 23:58, 3 December 2019 (UTC)
- Oh, I've seen that the table's been removed, which seems to have been partly due to the same concerns I've had. — Melofors TC 01:58, 14 January 2020 (UTC)

I would like to change in the paragraph about PewDiePie playing Roblox. From saying "account deleted by Roblox" to "account banned and deleted by Roblox" Boidawikiman (talk) 00:19, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
- Not done. Seems like a trivial change; in any case, please providde reliable sources that support this change. –Deacon Vorbis (carbon • videos) 03:56, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
Incorrect picture
[edit]the "t-series logo" picture at the top of the page is really the Dude Perfect logo. CoolSwitch4212 (talk) 17:29, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
- No, it seems to me that it is the T-series logo, unless it has been changed Haris920 (talk) 23:03, 6 June 2020 (UTC)

The anti-Indian narrative should be extended to emphasise the xenophobia. As a leading platform, we have the responsibility to teach what's right - and I'm sure you'll agree blatant disrespect is quite oobviously under the label of xenophobia. Thanks.
- I cant see any anti-Indian sentiment Haris920 (talk) 17:26, 27 June 2020 (UTC)

- Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Darren-M talk 23:22, 19 June 2020 (UTC)
Christ church section now completely in response
[edit]Before, in the criminal act section, it listed pewdiepie's response to the shooting. In the response section, it also listed pewdiepie's response.
Now, the response is completely in the response section.--Annemaricole (talk) 15:24, 12 November 2020 (UTC)

Describing the event as a "competition"
[edit]Note, when replying to me, please tag me with {{Re|GOLDIEM J}}.
I don't quite feel that it's appropriate to address this event as a competition. While PewDiePie's supporters treated it as such, the T Series side viewed it as a pure novelty, and even took legal action due to the extent of the phenomenon.GOLDIEM J (talk) 20:40, 12 May 2021 (UTC)
Totally agree. Should I kick off an RFC? Cpotisch (talk) 18:44, 19 June 2021 (UTC)
Subject/headline
[edit]"led to several prominent Indian YouTubers to publicly oppose PewDiePie and back T-Series with YouTube videos and response diss tracks."
Why aren't some of the "several prominent Indian YouTubers" mentioned? Several english speaking youtubers are mentioned as having supported pewdiepie. Kind regards, JJK2000 (talk) 10:46, 2 June 2021 (UTC)

Tone
[edit]This article portrays the feud as a serious thing, but it was mostly a comedic rivalry. I think that should be clarified, adding that it wasn't too serious Cereally8 (talk) 07:56, 1 November 2023 (UTC)
PewDiePie’s exact sub count
[edit]Please do not add speculative numbers on PewDiePie’s exact sub count today. There is currently no evidence of where he is within the 111M subscriber milestone. Naprea (talk) 06:08, 10 April 2024 (UTC)
Rewrite Suggestion
[edit]I have recently marked this article as potentially needing a rewrite. Much of the article could use serious editing for tone, and much of it (especially the section "The Competition") contains possible original research. Particularly, I feel like the article as it stands includes far too many insignificant developments in the feud, with the only source provided being youtube videos and the subscriber counts of each channel.
Feel free to leave suggestions here or elsewhere on the talk page. Coalah (talk) 18:06, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
