[edit]I agree that this should be merged. Having an article for each small locality does not help. Rimmeraj 06:40, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
- The fact it's a gazetted postal locality, though, distinguishes it from other articles that may not merit their own article. It has the same status as New Farm, Fortitude Valley, Bowen Hills and Spring Hill. Orderinchaos78 08:14, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
- I disagree, based on the official brisbane city council website OurBrisbane the list of suburbs does not include Petrie Terrace, but does include all the ones you listed, New Farm, Fortitude Valley, Bowen Hills and Spring hill. These are official suburbs. The articles should not be based on postal localities, we will end up duplicating information between the suburb article and the locality inside the suburb. - Support: Agreed, if its not a suburb it should merged into the suburb article to prevent duplication, and following on from that Stones Corner, Queensland should be merged into Greenslopes, Queensland. - Shiftchange 11:35, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
- Agreed on Stones Corner as well. I shall action both later today as it has been around for 4+ months Rimmeraj 03:30, 1 May 2007 (UTC) Rimmeraj 03:29, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
