This article should not be speedy deleted as being about a subject that was invented/coined/discovered by the article's creator or someone they know personally and for lack of asserted importance, because... I didn't invent it, coin it, know anyone or anything else. Search online for Pezenas and you will find that these little pies are famous, there is a Confrerie to uphold standards and they are sold all over the wider region, in shops and restaurants, but only made in Pezenas.
