Revision Requested
[edit]The article needs revision. When naming Guatemala City, it should be noted that the city was founded in 1776, year that the city/capital was transfered due to Antigua's destruction. Therefore the city that should be named is Antigua Guatemala (previously) Santiago de los Caballeros de Guatemala (Saint James of the Knights of Guatemala), which was the current capital of the region at that moment. He died in the mid 1600s making it impossible for him to have lived or died or even known the current site of Guatemala City, as it was an empty valley in those days called the Valle de la Ermita o de las vacas (Valley of the Chapel or of the cows).Frapoz (talk) 16:00, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
saint is primarily CANARIO
[edit]This saint is primarily CANARIO and is greatly revered in the Canary Islands, so we have to reflect this in the article.--BeneharoMencey (talk) 21:58, 17 October 2009 (UTC)
Franciscan
[edit]There is no mention in the article of which third order St. Peter joined. It was the Franciscans, so I added that information. Caeruleancentaur (talk) 18:30, 17 April 2010 (UTC)
