According to media reports, Sklar's talks address a particular set of behavioral and emotional dynamics that encourage success in the arts as well as in life. Among these are the role of emotional self-awareness in the development of self-esteem, and the impact of health and nutrition on behavior.[1][2]
One outcome of Sklar's lecture has been the discovery of young talent, which has occurred as a result of his interaction with the young members of his audiences.[3] This often takes place during a one-on-one interview process he conducts following his talk.[4]
