Dates
[edit]I have heard conflicting dates as regards his career. I do think he started earlier than the World Cup of 1966, he spent some time at Southern Television I recall, probably around 1963/64 and first began working for the BBC shortly after that in production rather than broadcasting. A shame he was not brought in earlier, he and Brian Moore would have given the 1966 Final a good sign off, rather than the dreadful ramblings of Alan Clarke
Affair?
