Care must be taken not to confuse this judge with Rupert Jackson whose title is the Lord Justice Jackson. A citation on this page links to 4 Paper Buildings which gives the news dated 21/07/17 that Mr Justice Jackson, a former member of chambers, has been appointed as Lord Justice of Appeal.
