Well now that this Peter Davis has stepped down from Sainsburys, he is probably less significant than he was, so a disambig page could be approriate. However, when checking notability via Google, notice that you get a sigificantly different result if you search for 'Sir Peter Davis' instead of just 'Peter Davis'. Also, AFIK, we don't normally disambig people by their nationality, more often it is their profession or their reason for notability. It looks like this is also problem for Peter Davis (New Zealand) and it is not so easy in this case either. I'd suggest Sir Peter Davis or Peter Davis (businessman).
