Why is there nothing in this listing about the ground breaking work he did with transforming the TGA? In 1991 he wrote one of the most important reports into the way drugs came to market in the shadow of the HIV Crisis. It was called "A question of balance : report on the future of drug evaluation in Australia and was commissioned by the Minister for aged, family and health services, the Hon. Peter Staples.
