This stub is severely disappointing and verging on misleading. I have recently arrived in Caracas and am overwhelmed at the magnitude of poverty in this urban slum. To describe it as a major limitation is very underwhelming.

I am going to attempt to find factual bases for updating this page, but I just wanted to call attention to my exceedingly strong opinion that this page is misleading.

I agree totally with that statement. It would be interesting to see who initially wrote this and where from.
