It's completely ridiculous to have a section on string theory which is the same size as the rest of the page put together. String theory is far from a central or representative application of perverse sheaves, and conversely perverse sheaves do not play a central role in string theory, appearing only insofar as they appear naturally in the discussion of singular spaces and sometimes singular spaces are considered in string theory. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.226.87.5 (talk) 11:49, 19 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
