Currency
[edit]This article looks like it was written from the U.S. point of view though it is certainly accurate as far as England and Wales is concerned. Are we sure that it applies in all common law jurisdictions?Cutler 22:30, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
- What normally happens with articles like this one (as much as you can generalise on Wikipedia) is that they are written to cover the general position in as many common law jurisdictions as possible, and then sub-sections develop pointing out the exceptions, e.g. "In Australia is to normal for personal representatives to prove their integrity by shagging the deceased's favourite kangaroo..." or some other such thing. This article is presumably still just a bit too stubby to have started attracting exceptions. --Legis (talk - contribs) 22:46, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
