Tone, references for history section

I added inappropriate tone and reference needed templates to the history section. There is a lot of useful information included in this section, but it reads as if it was pulled from some marketing material from the city, or other source that was clearly complimentary and not unbiased or encyclopedic. If it is pulled from some other source, we should at least know where, so we don't need to worry about copyright issues.

I ran across this page, and figured I'd check out the above comments. The majority of this page is from the Perryville Chamber of Commerce's web page. Here is the link: http://www.perryvillemo.com/chamber/historic.htm

Incidentally, the other page this contributer edited (Perry County, MO 's page) has most of its information from the following web site, though it has been restructured by other Wikipedia contributers. http://www.rosecity.net/rhr/perry.html
