02-23-2018 I Am David Petra's wife. Wanda Kay Petra I would like to ask your permission and your blessings to please release my husband on a 3 (three) month vacation. I have missed him so much. He has been in Kabul, Afghanistan for 1 (one) year and 6 (six) months. I have been very sick with breathing problems due to my heart. I am 60 years old. I really need to see him and spend some time with him and he needs to talk to my doctors. Please grant his leave.
