Found some information about his burial in Torbay: "I fear this may be too late by the time you see it, but we didn’t look up the place of burial. He’s not listed in the three churchyards, but we do have the early records of the main cemetery at Hele, and I found: Percival Edwin STOW, died at St Winnifred’s Nursing Home, Babbacombe, aged 42. Buried 14 July Record 15320

With the burial record, the staff at the cemetery should be able to direct you to the resting place.
