José García Castro → Pepillo (footballer, born 1933) – WP:COMMONNAME is just "Pepillo" or "Pepillo II" alongside Pepillo (footballer, born 1916), doesn't generally use full legal name professionally. Sources: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, his nickname is always used. Ortizesp (talk) 13:32, 9 October 2020 (UTC)—Relisting. Jerm (talk) 20:42, 21 November 2020 (UTC)

- Comment According to Wikipedia policy, Pepillo II is the preferable dab, since it is commonly used 1, 2. Comma–parenthetical dabs should only be used in exceptional cases when there is no alternative, per WP:ATDAB. Neodop (talk) 18:21, 11 October 2020 (UTC)
- His birth name is also used by RS: https:// bit.ly/3nBbxWJ (offical RM magazine cover), so the comma–parenthetical dab is basically against policy. Neodop (talk) 18:27, 11 October 2020 (UTC)
- His legal name is not commonly used, even in that link his nickname Pepillo is listed below his legal name. I'm fine with Pepillo II, but I think the parenthetical DAB is useful in this case.--Ortizesp (talk) 04:44, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
- I think using the YOB is better than 'II', as it provides greater context to help identify the player. GiantSnowman 21:20, 24 October 2020 (UTC)
