Constitutional Monarchy as a De jure or De facto?

[edit]

Under the NJM rule, exactly after the 1979 revolution, Bishop declared that he suspended the constitution, which I think the Head of State was no longer the Queen. So, was the head of state still the queen or someone else? Mhatopzz (talk) 02:18, 28 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

People’s Law Nr. 3, issues by Bishop shortly after the revolution, expressly state that: “The Head of State remains Her Majesty the Queen, and her representative in this country shall continue to be the Governor-General”. Lord Dim 1 (talk) 21:04, 23 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
